pricey Livewire

Harley Livewire looks sharp and I bet it's a blast to ride but the price is... should i say... up there. Rich people bracket up there! You're talking 30 to 35 grand. For that money I could pack my garage with a few used classic bikes. Is it worht it? maybe they'll come down on the price later or is this just the going rate for electric Harleys? what's your electric alternative?

The LiveWire’s price is insane, and Harley knows it. At $30K+, you’re deep into premium gas bike territory, or you could buy two solid used bikes and still have cash left over. The bike itself looks great and rides well, but is it really worth luxury pricing just because it’s electric? Doubt it.

Unless Harley gets real and drops the price, this thing is going to stay a rich person’s niche toy while other brands offer better value. If you want an alternative, look at Zero SR/F or even Energica, still pricey, but at least you’re getting more performance per dollar.
