Harley-Davidson spent years chasing trends, hoping something would stick. The LiveWire was their bold leap into electric, but it felt more like an experiment than a real commitment. Meanwhile, the Pan America found success, proving adventure bikes were their true breakthrough. LiveWire, now spun off as its own brand and still struggles to find its place.

The thing is, if they keep delaying, their release will be outdated. China's been converting their scoorters and motorbikes to electric and it's very observable when you visit, say Shanghai. So many scooters but it was so weird not hearing anything except when they honk.

They really need real innovation, not just slow, overpriced electric experiments.
